We had previously created an addon for Interspire Email Marketer that updates the editor to the latest version of TinyMCE. In mid July 2017 we updated that addon again to the latest version of TinyMCE to ensure compatibility with the latest version of Google Chrome.
With the high percentage of people who see emails first from their mobile device it is critical that all email campaigns and autoresponders be mobile responsive in order to display properly on mobile devices.

It will make sense to build yourself a custom template that you can use for sending ongoing email to your list. Something that matches your brand’s colors, includes your logos, links to social networks, and a footer that you like. The best way to do this is to build a custom template.
Interspire comes out of the box with a good number of default templates. There are a few concerns with these. First, since Interspire is so widely used you may find that the best templates are in use by many other marketers. Second, most of the templates are not mobile responsive and don’t format well on a mobile phone browser.
By popular request from our clients we have developed an addon for Interspire Email Marketer that allows users to build HTML templates using a library of pre-built, drag and drop, modules.
Changing out those templates after the email has already been created is not very simple. Your unique content (text and images) are not framed into a template in a way that one can just change out the frame and keep the content.
