And when you do… it appears to work. Even when you send a test you will think it is working but as soon as you save that campaign the editor will strip out the emoji code and remove it before you can deploy the campaign. Until now!

Our latest blunder was discovered by a customer who was using our TinyMCE editor addon. What was the issue? An error relating to the image manager and image upload tool. Users were unable to consistently access their saved images in their gallery.
We had previously created an addon for Interspire Email Marketer that updates the editor to the latest version of TinyMCE. In mid July 2017 we updated that addon again to the latest version of TinyMCE to ensure compatibility with the latest version of Google Chrome.
Many of our clients are frustrated with the ancient text editor that comes standard with Interspire Email Marketer. The icons are outdated and many of the features available in newer versions of TinyMCE are missing. So we set out to change that
