Interspire has updated their site in a very significant way and the forums are gone. The forums were only ever supposed to be available to licensed users to Interspire but now nobody has access for new conversations or as a resource to look for information previously posted.
At the request of a customer we have finalized the development of an addon to integrate Interspire Email Marketer with 1ShoppingCart.
At the request of our customers, an addition feature has been added that allows the admin to designate a “master contact list” to which all customers, regardless of products purchased will be added. This works in addition to the existing functionality.
If you are also wondering how you can go about adding the customer to both a product specific list and a core all customers contact list then we have two different ideas.
As you no doubt know, the official customer forum on Interspire’s own website is restricted to those that have purchased the software license directly from them. Based on the demand for help from our customers we thought it would be prudent to build out a stand alone and independent forum for users.
In March of 2015 we released a plugin or extension for WooCommerce for all of our friends that use Interspire Email Marketer. This new WooCommerce plugin, allows you to subscribe users to specific contact lists based on what product they purchased from your WooCommerce store.
