Recently a customer identified a bug in our RSS Campaign addon. Turns out the addon was sending campaigns to both confirmed and unconfirmed contacts. That is obviously a problem as many marketers will allow contacts to double opt-in or otherwise confirm their subscription and contacts shouldn’t receive campaigns unless they are confirmed.
So with that in mind we have developed an addon which is designed with the primary purpose of making it easier to Search, Export, and Delete via import, Suppressed contacts. It is like a dream come true for users who have big suppression lists.

It happened the other day. I was with a client who had a large number of email addresses copied to his computer clipboard. He pasted them into Microsoft Excel and then saved the document as a CSV file. Only then could he properly import them into Interspire Email Marketer.
