Support Policy

Our policy for support is limited to non-existent. Please refer to our contact page to get in touch with us. Please note the following:

  1. We only support our current and past customers. If you didn’t buy it from us we won’t help you.
  2. We try to answer requests in a speedy manner but many of the developers are located in different parts of the world, work in different time zones, and are busy working on their own projects all the time. Expect to hear from us within a few days, but understand if it sometimes takes weeks, or months, or on rare occasions never for us to resolve your issues.
  3. We support our products that we sell. We are not support for Interspire and will not help you with Interspire Email Marketer general issues, bugs, questions, etc.
