Copy Autoresponders Addon

Overview

Copy Autoresponders copies autoresponder sequences from one contact list to another so you do not have to rebuild the same drip program by hand.

This guide is for the version updated for Interspire Email Marketer 8+.

Where to find it

  • Install/enable: Settings → Addon Settings
  • Tool: Autoresponders → Copy Autoresponders

Installation

Warning: Create a full file and database backup before installing or updating. See Support.

  1. Upload the copyautoresponder folder to admin/addons/.
  2. In IEM admin, open Settings → Addon Settings, install the addon, and enable it.

How to copy autoresponders

  1. Open Autoresponders → Copy Autoresponders.
  2. Choose the source list / autoresponders you want to copy.
  3. Choose the destination list.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm and run the copy.
  5. Open the destination list’s autoresponders and verify timing, content, and active status before relying on them in production.

Note: After copying, review each autoresponder on the destination list. Details such as active/paused state and list-specific settings may need a quick check.

Troubleshooting

  • Menu missing — confirm the addon is enabled and your user group can access Autoresponders tools.
  • Copy incomplete — confirm both lists exist and the source autoresponders are still present, then retry.
