Support Policy

We do our best to actively support all our customers. We have an active helpdesk where customers can submit support tickets. Please note the following:

  1. We only support our current and past customers. If you didn’t buy it from us we won’t help you.
  2. We do our best to attend to support tickets in a speedy manner but many of the developers are located in different parts of the world, work in different time zones, and are busy working on their own projects all the time. Expect to hear from us within 24 hours but understand if it sometimes takes a few days or weeks or on rare occasions MONTHS for us to resolve your issues.
  3. We support our products that we sell. We are not support for Interspire and will not help you with Interspire Email Marketer general issues, bugs, questions, etc.

To be super clear, understand that this is not a full time business. We are Interspire users and have paid 3rd party developers to build these addons for us. Reselling the addons is our way of underwriting the cost we have invested to make these. If you have issues or questions we will happily play the middle man between you and the developer who made the product but that process can be slow.
