If you purchased your copy of Interspire Email Marketer from Interspire and if you have an active license then you can get support by visiting the Interspire Client Area and opening a support ticket. Click on “Open a Support Ticket” and fill out the required fields. If your license has expired you will not be able to get any support from Interspire.
If you don’t have an active license you still have some options. There is a rather robust community in the Interspire Support Forums. You can visit the forums and solicit help from the other customers there but of course there is no guarantee of any response with any urgency. When asking the forum community to help you here are some tips:
- Make your forum post title as clear and descriptive as possible.
- Be sure to clarify what version of IEM you are using along with relevant information about your server configuration, PHP, and SMTP provider.
- If you have any custom developments installed please disclaim those to help others who are troubleshooting.
- Let us know what steps you have already taken to troubleshoot the problem.
